This is it. The weekend football fans, including Elaine, have been waiting for. She’s a Texas girl with a deep love of the game and Sunday there’s only one place she will be.

Q: Denver Broncos or Seattle Seahawks?
E: I’m a huge football fan and I’m cheering for the Denver Broncos. I’m a big Payton Manning fan. He’s a great quarterback and I like his story. He’s coming back from an injury and he’s a little older. He is the epitome of a champion.
Q: Where are you watching the Super Bowl?
E: At home, with my family and whole bunch of 13-year-old boys. All of my son’s friends will be there watching. They are really into football and can’t wait for the game.
Q: What does your Super Bowl spread look like?
A: We will have queso and chips of course and Five Guys burgers and fries. Lots of burgers and fries.
